Meet the Team
Cody McCarty
Cody started his time in the childcare industry in 2018 by moving from Upstate NY to work at a childcare center in Colorado Springs. Before moving Cody earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communication and a minor in Business. He went on to be a co-founder of Little Mountain Climber's and now works at StreamHome Construction alongside Alex.
Charlene McQueen
Charlene has an extensive background in early childhood education, starting with an Associate in Science Early Childhood and then moving on to obtain her Bachelors of Science in Human Services with a concentration in Child Development in August 2020. The in classroom training is paired with almost 20 years of hands on experience.
Alex Kosley
Alex worked in the Childcare Industry for many years before opening his construction company, StreamHome Construction. His strengths are that of an entrepreneur, he knows the numbers, he sees the trends, and he is willing to ask the hard questions. His business knowledge within childcare and in other industries is invaluable to the OCE team.
